The canopy lock mechanism is open ( yellow handle on the left) and the throttle either is at off position or idle, but i can't see it properly.) now i wonder if she has jettisoned her drop tanks and forgot it in that position (if she does not retract it, she wont be able to employ weapons) but her master-arm is also off.... Also, maybe she wanted to use CAT 1 stores ( makes it more maneuverable). This cockpit is from the Mitsubishi F-2.

i think it's F-16? canopy has no frame and HUD screen is rectangular, F2's HUD is octogonal
