And I think in the last part Ran is saying "選手がどこのチームに所属…(no matter what team the batter belongs to)," so I translated it just as "No baseball player..." But why Chen belongs to Dragons is unclear. Knowledge of Chen's spell cards should be necessary, as Soljashy says.
