So the artist here on Danbooru has two tags, one is for his Pixiv "nagi-1945" and second one is for his Twitter "nagi_2020", should I just use both tags or use adequate tag to the source of the post?

Personally i would say both, but since the other posts don't have both tags i think it would be better to put only one

No. They should have been merged into one. But the problem is how to read 叢島なぎ since both names are wrong.

Can be read as Soutou_Nagi. Granted, 叢島 is highly unusual in names, so I'm not too sure about the intended pronunciation.
(The word 叢島 is rare and doesn't occur much except in certain place names where it means "archipelago" or "island group". There it is pronounced as soutou. Even there the word has been "deprecated" somewhat is often replaced with 諸島 (shotou), the usual word for "archipelago".)
