That's because that female character 'almost' resembles a character from an anime called Code Geass. The character who she resembles is called CC which, as T5J8F8 was saying, is pronounced "see-two".
CC in the anime Code Geass has green hair and she's curvy as all hell. You should be able to find tons of pics of her floating around this Danbooru.
What kind of moronic arguement is this? CC can mean C.C. as in see two, or CC as in cross chop or whatever the hell. Either way, it's based on opinion, and not fact, so you could both be right or wrong. If you want to save face, stop whining. If not, then by all means make yourselves look stupid by continuing with the pissing contest.
First off, C.C. the character is always written as C.C., especially if you want anybody other than yourself to understand them. cc doesn't mean anything.
I don't understand why theres a Kenkou Kurosu tag here. Am I missing some cosplay joke, or is this just mislabeled and needs to have the Kenkou_Kurosu tag removed?
