In Neon Genesis Evangelion - Gakuen Datenroku most of the angels are in a male body but except for one or two. The first one don't really count as a girl since it transfered after losing it's first body. But yeah, it's pretty much impossible to tell what gender they are really.
Speaking theologically Angels are male by default, though they are called androgynous, implying that they have distinct appearance of both male and female characteristics. All the Angels' names, save Lilith, are masculine in Jewish and Christian tradition. Though neither Adam nor Lilith were ever Angels.
