The joke here is that throughout the Ryuu Ga Gotoku games (up to Of the End/Dead Souls so far), player characters cannot knock over female NPCs while walking around in non-combat mode--only male NPCs can be knocked to the ground, while female NPCs will only act as if they were bumped into, no matter how fast you run into them.
I wonder if something like that is the result of some absurd content restriction law in Japan.
