I created a new artist for this image as so far as i can see the artist as this is their first image on this site as far as i can tell. I tried searching for all the different artist name variations and i could find nothing but if i somehow overlooked it and the artist did already exist then please tell me (and i will make sure to add all the aliases so it wont happen again i hope).
Otherwise, while i am not really into genshin impact let alone know anything about any of the characters, i do think that this is quite a nice image.

You took the time to search for and added all their socials, there are no other artists by their names/socials already in the database, they're not banned either, so it seems it's ok.
