Probably related to the "official" artist noting that Suzuka is flat.
That and also the upcoming Granblue fantasy collab where Suzuka is drawn with noticeable curves in the promo art. This led to "Suzuka's boobs" (スズカの胸) trending on Twitter (as both a keyword and hashtag). And people copypasta-ing the infamous page from Suzuka's anime character reference model sheet with the line "ATTN: Pay attention to her bust size - 70cm" and two images effectively saying "*FLAT* Okay" and "*CURVY* Bad".
And also one guy coming up with a school anthem style song with the lines "Don't inflate Suzuka's boobs" on refrain... which also got copypasta'd a few times.
Edit: The promo art is memeworthy enough so upped it and its siblings. Kinda overly compressed though. There are some higher reso versions floating around on fansites and 2nd party sources but those look upscaled and denoised.
