It's a 3d composite. I guess I imagined her standing on a dock? Not sure what the term "shipgirl rigging" means.

You know how KanColle, Azur Lane, or some other gacha games feature WW2 ships personified as cute and/or sexy girls? Those are what is known as 'shipgirls'.
You know how these shipgirls wear sometimes absolutely massive kits of gunpowder and steel on their backs? That's what's known as their 'rigging'.
