His style is so good for this kind of thing though (although as a guro fan, I admit I might be a bit biased on this matter)
btw in case anyone's still wondering, it's one of jeff's traps with its legs under a fat guy's armpits, fucking his mouth while pulling his arms with axes. It took me a couple of minutes to understand what I was looking at.
So, this still hasn't been worked out; Futanari, yaoi and trap tag, really? I'm not going to edit it because I haven't got the slightest and I can't check out jeffr's pixiv and translate if it's a boy or a girl or a thing in between.
I think she's got hatchets in his arms and is using them to pull herself toward the coupling. She's got her legs wrapped around his... I can't figure anything else about what's going on here. I'm afraid I'll develop a psychosis if I stare too long at what going on in the middle there. It's going both ways
