4.Ground Zero Arctic Station
As the name said, the original explosion site scientific research station was established in the hydrogen bomb crater left by the oil war (2040-2042).
The "unique" terrain environment makes it unnecessary to suffer from the troubles caused by the sinking of the earth's surface. As a transportation and communication hub connecting the inland and the Arctic Circle, its importance is self-evident.
