So yeah, Meiling, presumably because of a combination of just plain being One Head Taller plus the desire most doujin artists have to make Sakuya be a tsundere when she's in love (which pretty much automatically makes you both the feminine one and hence, the uke) that makes Sakuya the "deredere girl" in the equation.

Of course, if this is apparently an accident, and there's no apparent magic reproduction drug being passed around, here, how, exactly, anyone got pregnant to begin with. Especially Reimu/Marisa, since they're humans, and don't even get some kind of "well, it's different with youkai" Author's Saving Throw, either...
