If this is any indication, youkai gamytes are somehow dominant, so any YoukaixHuman pairing would result in the human being pregnant. Though I doubt the animal youkai like Mystia or Iku would be capable of reproduction with humans at all, being non-sapient in origin as opposed to Vampires or...augh, sorry, Biochem student.

My answer to that is that Reisen is a rabbit, and rabbits also give birth via the womb. So Alice being a Makai(i prefer to go with PC98 info) they would compatbible.

The real question is whether a MokouxMystia(popular) could work since Birds lay eggs while humans birth via womb.

I think the question we should be asking is how Aya and Momiji would work out. Aya is a bird and Momiji is a wolf. Now theres something to ponder about. As both species give birth in different ways as opposed to Alice and Reisen's species giving birth in the same way.

Also i say Arche's question is flawed in the first place since Meirin is said to be a dragon(while only in theory, its still there to think about) so we got a DragonxHuman.

Oficial Zun's Aya doesn't has wings only fans add wings, even in the gensokyo chronicles it say that she looks like a human.
