I'd say its a mix of Yuri and Straight. Yes we know Shirou is in there, but we can't for get about Rin now can we.

Where are these games coming from?!? Are they just J releases? I'd be interested in Tsukihime/Melty Blood and FSN, but I was not aware they were available in English format.

Well currently, Mirrormoon has been working on a project translating TYPE-MOON visual novel games. Their first and finished project, Tsukihime is done and are now currently working on the Fate/Stay Night english translation.

That's for their main site. I think they'll do the sequel visual novels for Tsukihime and Fate/Hollow ataraxia (plus Melty Blood) later when their done with Fate/Stay Night. You can always check with them for their progress and as well, they've just finished the "Fate" scenario just now
