Hard choice indeed having to pick between those two. Also let's not forget that Raiden and Kokomi are coming right after Yae. Might as well just cave and reach for the card now.

If you're collecting waifus and are a somewhat newish player, then go for Ganyu, as she is easier to farm for and level. Otherwise, you might have a bad time trying to level Yae since her mats are locked behind some fairly high level content, exploration and story-wise.
If you already have a C0 Cocogoat (and especially if she's blessed with Amos' Bow), then go for the mischievous fox.
If your card is powerful, then by all means- grab them both! (Gotta collect them all!)
