I don't want to get political or anything, but I do find it funny when people say tearing down Confederate statues is "un-American".
Also, KC Iowa has been around for longer than the Confederacy.
<claims to he's not trying to get political <immediately tries to bring up politics Confederate States of America does have "America" in it, so yeah, it does sound pretty American too me. And I say that as a leaf.

There are two different terms in which "America" can be applied to: The United States and the continents of North and South America. Also, the CSA broke away from the union, which makes them traitors to the USA.

You're comparing apples to oranges. This style of arguing is particularly retarded and passive aggressive since you mentioned "continent". Meanwhile the CSA and USA share a common language and origins. <m-muh traitors By your logic, the entire American Revolution makes them "traitors" to the British Crown.
So much rancor for people and events they didn't happen in a lifetime. Did you know? Civil War ended more than 150 years ago. While you're at it, try and forget any personal grudge you have based on race, nationality or historical events. I assure you will have less imaginary enemies like that... you could even be in peace and invade less territories under many excuses.

Welcome to American political squabbling at its finest, my friend. Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.
The Confederate flag looks cool, and is more convenient for making flag-patterened clothes (especially bikini bottoms) since it's so symmetrical. It's the sordid history behind it that ruins my opinion on it.
It looks cool and Japanese don't care, exactly like Americans don't care about Nazi Germany and the Iron Cross. Many don't care about pentagrams and inverted crosses either.
However, with the removal of the Rising Sun flag from Street Fighter and the 2P color Iron Cross from the German Air Force, it's obvious the crystal generation is taking force until the cycle repeats itself when yet another global war arrives. After all wars start from a lack a tolerance. That's the kind of children that will someday take the government and start a global conflict.

IIRC, the person who commissioned this is American.
The thing is, there is a version with the USA bikini, but the uploader/commissioner didn't upload it here for some reason. (And the artist also hadn't posted them in her own Pixiv/Twitter account as of this writing)

Thanks for notifying us. Where did you find it, though?

The federal government before the Civil War was small and weak, just as statehood was more important. Membership in the Union was regarded as voluntary, and still is to some degree. Most states now rely on federal grants/loans and infrastructure too much for that to ever be a relevant discussion. Last I checked, Confederate soldiers have veteran status, and all Confederate monuments were built well after the Civil War.
It's still there. I use "in:#images confederate" (without quotation marks) and click/tap the top result.
I'm getting zero results. You sure we're looking at the same server?
EDIT: Oh wait, for some reason I had the images channel locked behind the NSFW "wall". I guess it's because I had reinstalled Discord on this computer at some point?

I love it when idiots like you call us "losers" when it took you guys 4 years to overwhelm a under equipped army
It took them 4 years, so what. It doesn't change the fact that they lost. The reason it took so long was because the Union, for the most part, were placing politicians with little military experience in charge of their armies.
Also this was in the eastern theatre of the war, out west the Confederates were getting absolutely hammered to the point where their entire country was split in half.
Alright, Danbooru is not the right place for this kind of arguing. Go find another site if you want to discuss the American civil war. Otherwise, chill out and go look at some animu booba or something.
