Some artists just exclude the animal traits in their works, the others do what they please with them.

I don't think Aya has wings in any of her canon appearances. If she does, then it's inconsistent.

OK, in the bottom-left frame it looks like the grey-haired girl (I'm guessing it's Inubashiri 'cause of the dog ears) is facing towards the other character, with her knees being an ass, if you see what I mean. I know she's meant to be facing away, but now I can't unsee it. The only thing that stops it being perfect is the hands being the wrong way round.

She described as having wings in Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red, but she doesn't have any in the ZUN artwork or whathaveyou. So yeah, it's inconsistent. One of the common theories is that she can just hide them whenever she wants.

No no, Aya's hand going down Momizi's shirt only makes it look weird. Momizi's facing away from Aya.
