That's it. I'm taking Patchy's advice on being a shut in from now on. I can't stand being forced to go outside everyday! My skin is about to melt from all that sunlight and heat! HELP ME GOD OF SHUT INS!!
Ahh, Fland's little homework distraction brigs back so many memories of homework I never actually did at home. Hmm. How to open the chained door? Get Meiling's brute strength, of course.
Ahh, first day of school. Remi's all good to go, Flan's all-nighter backfired on her and she hasn't done her homework, and Patchy just refuses to go to school.

well she is shielded by her clothes, hair and hat. but when she gets up then she might have to stay in that posture until sakuya comes in to close the drapes.
lolin86 said: She will prolly only za warudo/hax her way in trough the window and drag her our, at least sounds less complicated that blowing the door up
That is if Patchy's room had any windows to break through.

Nonsense as the age old truism goes: "There is no problem that cannot be solved by the proper application of high explosives"

Or maybe in "Life Of Maid" Flandre and Remilia are just 2 "normal kids". Take a good look ata this... post #431458 and post #465695

Touhou vampires don't get killed by sunlight. It's too obvious and fatal a weakness. (Besides, they went out to the beach in broad daylight earlier in the strip. Why didn't you notice then?) It just weakens their powers, which is why Remilia prefers to go out with a parasol.

Funny, then, that my Remilia only fights in roofed arenas in Scarlet Weather Rhapsody. I think it's probably got more to do with the author's interpretation.

Unless I'm mistaken, I got the impression that Pacthouli was the one teaching Flan from post #511003
They could have just been using the library to study, though, but Patchouli is supposed to be the Scarlets' tutor, anyway, so it would make sense.
As for the whole sunligiht thing, it's completely ignored in this series. The author takes quite a few liberties (little Yuyuko, for example) for the sake of the comic.

Actually, based on the other back to school strips, I think Remilia is just pretending in this one. Note Sakuya's reaction to her sporting what is most likely Flan's backpack.
Sunlight isn't fatal, but it still weakens her powers, while she is at her full power under the full moon. You don't charge into a fistfight with other powerful characters while handicapping yourself for them by standing out in your personal kryptonite, even if you are partially resistant to it.
Now to go in a totally different direction with this post... I may be a big Patchouli fanboy under any circumstances, but I am positively loving her depiction in this one. Should I be worried if I'm attracted to NEET behavior?
