Name and appearance not given in official media, but it is explicitly mentioned she looks eerily similar to Cafe so most people interpreted her as a ghostly version of Sunday Silence, the IRL sire of the real-life Manhattan Cafe (whom the IRL Cafe is said to be a spitting image of).
