From what I read in the novel/official "Character Rating" chart where the characters cross-score each other, Itsuki gave everyone meager scores except for Kyon, which he gave 10s all the way, including a phrase akin to "He will be mine~"
comment #19904 1. There's no proof that that chart was official. It's said that it was put in by the editors of the magazine the chart was published in as a joke.
The fact that Koizumi is in the middle indicates that this particular artist is biased toward him, so these "relationship ratings" are his/her wishful thinking. Koizumi's sexuality is still very hazy, but even the official animation team admits that Koizumi reminds them of a character from a yaoi serial.
On the other hand the transcendent love between Kyon and Nagato is right on the mark.
