I'm enjoying the work of this artist it's really adorable stuff.

You do know he didn't actually draw it, right? He just commissioned it.

What are the chances these kids get into arguments at school talking about how their mom could beat other moms in a fight.

The terror causes by something is not necessarily in proportion to it's actual threat.

Having said all that the big threat of the Bismarck was never it's ability to meaningfully contest the British navy at sea. The threat of the Bismark was that it was fast enough to out run anything that could stand up to it and it could kill anything it could catch. This meant the unless the British were 100 percent certain they knew were it was, which in an age before satellites and consistent real time communication between all navel and air assets as well as high command was really hard, every part of their navel strategy for northern Atlantic had to account for the potential of a "Surprise Bismarck" appearance. Except well the Germans forgot to fully account for Carriers.

Her armor being thick enough to practically ignore guns smaller than 10 inches also gave her the aspect of being able to just wade through convoys ignoring the destroyer escorts to slaughter at her whim also added to her "Terror of the seas" persona.

Source found and artist corrected. Canned_sardines is the commissioner; commander_cool is the artist.

No, it's the other way around. Commander Cool is the commissioner, while Canned Sardines is the artist.

If Cool is the one drawing it, he wouldn't put a watermark of someone else's like in post #5253493 (and not in some other posts), and also having a wildly different artstyles across images (and wouldn't credit someone else in every pictures he posted on Twitter or Reddit).

    Huh. I stand corrected, then.

I suppose my confusion came from Cool's use of the phrase "commissioned by" Sardines rather than "commissioned from" in the tweet. It seems like that is a recurring typo on Cool's part.

i put 'commander cool' as the artist because of the 'commissioned by' present in every post, that suggested that he was the artist and Toybits the commissioner

Well, I have a level 125 oathed Bismarck and brown hair, so I guess I'm the dad that donated those brunette genes.

Yep. During her last stand, the Royal Navy (which includes Nelson's 406 mm guns) had to hammer her at pointblank range during one full hour before she eventually consented to sink. And yet it even took a few torpedoes to finish the job. Glorious armor.
