I call shenanigans because in Enty's actual skin art she has more junk in her trunk than the promo art suggests. Still not enough to beat Zuikaku's dump truck derriere but still.
Is that actual art of Zuikaku or just fan art that got popular?
It's a promotional art of a collaboration with a jeans company. The jeans come with an acrylic stand with the picture.
I personally think it's shame that those and many other character arts never get made into skins, since there were only 50 jeans made, so they will see limited distribution.

none of the arts are consistent to begin with, azur lane has a massive issue where the skins rarely match the base skin in proportions, the biggest offender to this is hood, she goes from flat to giant tits in her swimsuit form when even british clothing cant hide tits that well.
