Not yet. We probably won't have any characters like them. The crazies in BB are more...subtle about their nutbaggery.

Hopefully, it will be better than Calamity Trigger. After all, it would continue the story from Calamity Trigger. Super Street Fighter IV will have the same storyline with additions to the Super characters' storyline. It will be pretty bad, I swear it. As with this picture, ASW really like to make blonde fighters in their fighting games. I dig Noel on this one.

I don't think that Noel is Millia's counterpart. Their similarities end only in 'blonde girls who wears white-blue'. Millia is much more self-assertive and confident, while Noel is more insecure. I'd say Noel fits better with Dizzy.
