After what she did for him in the two latest chapters of the manga, I'd say there's a HUGE chance he'll trust and like her enough to entrust his hat to her^^

Have you read the latest chapters of the manga? Or do you only watch the anime? Cause that would explain why don't you see it...
Both Nami and Usopp have worn it. Sanji and I think it was Robin have also saved it. Basically I don't think Luffy would care as long as it's safe and with a friend.

You...don't get "the hat thing" do you? Its not about who has "touched" it...(Usopp has jokingly taken it a couple of times & at least everyone on the crew has saved it at least once...)
Its about him GIVING it to someone, which he only does to comfort and/or inspire courage. So far, this has only been done with Nami (During the Arlonf Park Saga & then on Arabasta against Enel). Although recent events in the manga, are "in favor" of the posibility of him leaving it to Hancock too, as so far she has done more for him that all his Nakama put together...

No... I don't think it's because I don't get the hat thing. I think it's mostly because you ship this pairing so hard that it hurts you a little on the inside.
Most everything concerning romance between members is completely up to one's interpretation; you'll see romance where you want to.
And that Hancock's done more than all of Luffy's crew is complete bullshit. Every member, and some other secondary characters, has served as a lynchpin for the story at some point.
But Hancok did have a sad past, so she does apply for a position on the Strawhats crew, or at least more so than Margareth, Bon Kurei, Perona, and all those other people that are being mentioned for posible next nakama.
I hope Hancock joins the crew. Having someone like her on the ship might be a lot of fun imo. Especially with Sanji trying to woo her, but obviously failing. And with a reason for once. (She's madly in love with Luffy)
I like Hancock. Of course I read the manga, I know Hancock helped with Luffy's key and all. But Luffy's not that kind of person to suddenly give HIS HAT to someone he just met, despite everything she did for him.
God, you all are pairing tards.
Bur Luffy x Hancock does have a possibility of happening.
Luffy gave his hat to Vivi in Little Garden despite the fact that she JUST started traveling with them at that point. It was a really small scene, but it kinda says that Luffy would give his hat to anyone he trusts (as long as they aren't fighting.) Giving it to Hancock would not mean he really cares for her or that it's "OMG TRU LUV!!!11" it just means he trusts her enough to keep it safe.
