According to wiktionary, it seems that 荒らす (arasu) is internet slang for to troll
One dictionary I looked at did list 荒い (arai) as having a meaning of "heavy", but only in the sense of "heavy waves" or "heavy breathing", not weight.
That makes sense.

Ushio means tide, and all of DesDiv8 have that character in their names as well. Asashio = morning tide, hence Ushio doing some morning exercises. Ooshio = spring tide, but in japanese they call a spring tide "big tide", so big Ushio. Michishio = high tide, but again in japanese they call high tide "full tide", so full Ushio.
