Can't decide whether to call her Ouji-chan or Queen-chan...

So first it was Schoolgirl x Salaryman, then Schoolgirl x Teacher, Schoolgirl x Classmate, and now Schoolgirl x Groundskeeper?

Can someone check the first line? I've been told that the phrase is often used in the sense of "this is more or less a trope", but I can't verify that.

WWWJDIC does have a second definition of "お約束" as: (2) something expected or predictable (e.g. running gag); typical or clichéd development (in a story); something considered obligatory or guaranteed (in a certain situation)

So the commentary could be meant as "A certain trope", unless something later suggests some kind of promise between these two.
