    Little brat sexually harassing her sister while she is undergoing body maintenance

    "Lucia is undergoing Construct body scheduled full break-down maintenance, even though Dawn belongs to the warehouse now and no longer needed for combat (If combat is needed they'll use Plume, missing Lighting C but still S tier.), no need to perform such thorough maintenance. But under the Commandant's strong: "You should treat yourself nicer, how can you be so careless when it comes to something like this." opinion, she obediently listened to the advice and hooked up to the maintenance desk.
    Because the need of synchronising test report upload data, Lucia's consciousness cannot become dormant during this time, she is placed in the sea of consciousness, unable to move or feel.

    Lucia was originally peacefully waiting for the maintenance to end, she wasn't aware that someone had suddenly arrived by her side, started fiddling with her.

    A year late, but I will try to explain.

    In PGR, humanity found a way to essenitially digitize certain compatible human consciouses and upload it to a server. This led to Constructs, which are andriods which have a human consciousness uploaded to them so they can operate. The skeletal thing on the right is just the innards of a Construct, specifically Lucia's. While they don't technically have to take on human forms, if they don't it makes them more susceptible to being infected with the Punishing Virus. So their bodies have to emulate human ones very closely, to the point where they still need to eat, sleep and feel pain/exhaustion even though there's no biological system behind it anymore and quadrepedial Constructs like the Forest Guard (which includes Rosetta) are considered forbidden tech.

    The main antagonistic force of PGR, the Punishing Virus, can infect Constructs and typically subverts the consciousness inside before taking over the body. However, some Constructs have learned how to control the Virus without losing their conscious, causing them to become Ascendants (what Luna is). I think it has some ability to alter a Construct's body given the Red Tide and Heteronomers but I'm not for certain.

    I think the commentary explains the rest. Just need some background PGR lore to have it make some sense.
