The police officer is probably oozora_subaru but the hat blocks too much of the face.
Takanashi_kiara was mistaken for sakura_miko.
The person on the right side of Kiara is unknown to me. Purple hair and purple eyes on the right suggests nekomata_okayu but there's no other distinguishing features.

The hideous and degrading use of 'prison clothing', especially during trials, favoured by the punishment loving freaks who adopt these things, immediately evokes unintended sympathy for the accused.

Proably a re-trial, in those the accused sometimes wears prison clothes.
