Maybe its because Im used to see lots of Japanese Yukatas and Chinese Dress's, but I like this design, Im not sure about using high heels with it thought

it is called ao dai actually i ve never worn it with high heels but well, as far as i can see from my friends, no one has broken their jaws for that
