I'm gonna take a guess and say Shanghai is Abby Cadabby.

I'm not so sure that is Guy Smiley, Guy Smiley is usally wearing blue. I think it's more likely that Aya is dressed as Kermit the Frog, in his newsreporters costume especially considering the hat.

But that can't be right, if there was a Kermit, it'd be Suwako, wouldn't it?
