Yeah, it was, but it's fixed now. I'm assuming the previous note-maker didn't catch the pun and took it literally. Meiling's first speech bubble in panel 2 plays on an idiom in Japanese that means "to help out", but exchange one of the words with another that sounds phonetically the same, and you get something along the lines off "stripping until your skin is bare".
... This whole comic reminds me of Magical Witch Punie... >.>
Watching that show makes me think it's a Flan anime avoiding copyright :/
