We know that she was supposed to be a boy previously, and biologicaly still is, that doesn't change the fact that in most art where no dick is visible, like this one, she looks like a girl. As such going by 'tag what you see' she should be tagged as a girl.

However, that's not how we've tagged her ever since she was first introduced. TWYS has exceptions, tags like 1boy/1girl are some of them, otherwise we wouldn't even be having this discussion because she would have always been tagged as a girl on appearance alone. Bridget is confirmed to have been born a boy, and has not been confirmed to have undergone anything that would make her physically a girl, so she keeps the boy tags, because they're not meant for tagging gender identity.
We might eventually make some transgender related tags to tag her and others' gender identity, but that's still tbd.

Okay. But how does that matter for this picture? I mean, I got yelled at (figurateively) for tagging an embyo as a touhou character despite the picture being part of a touhou pool, so I'm taking the "tag what you see" thing very literally, therefore I'm kind of confused as to why stuff exterior to the picture should matter when tagging it. Regardless of your stance of Bridget's gender after Strive - this site has stuff like a tag for "genderswap" and in those instances canonically gendered characters are tagged with their opposite gender.
