I guess the 'smoking Mokou' thing has really kicked off...I've seen quite a bunch of her with a stick in her mouth.

Most of the time I find it a huge turnoff, but Mokou seems to be able to pull it off.

Well, as most people have said, Not like its gonna kill Mokou. And not like Kaguya has to worry about 2nd hand smoking.

Nah, not a matter of being immune to the effects. Those sticks just make girls look ugly. :V.
