Well, in the following paragraph, the Famitsu writer explains that the MC's name is up to the player's whims—and that they themselves happened to choose "Gekkou Lunako."
I... don't think that Sogabe Shuuji (the Persona 3 and Persona 4 mangaka) would be so lame as to "officially" name her "Moonlight Moonchild," assuming that he gets a P3P manga gig too. "Arisato Minato" and "Seta Souji" are just the MC names from the manga adaptation, after all.

Famitsu's name for her isn't official. The name is mostly a joke if you think about the meaning in Japanese and the game itself.
