    It's a nautical term, so I usually translate it as "Steady as she goes."

    As someone who did some translating for the KanColle wiki way back when, I feel you. Outside of context (KanColle, Azur Lane etc) its not really something that translates very well. "Keep 'er steady!" comes to mind but it also makes me think of a grizzled, silver bearded old sea captain.
