The Manga of Cafe Being Interrupted During Her Happy Coffee Time
I came up with this story after learning that caffeine is a banned substance in real horse racing.
It's prohibited under a law known as the Horse Racing Law, see.
As for how it works for Umamusume, well it's fictional so I hope you won't take offense.
