I'm thinking big metal mask dude is supposed to be a reference to Kougetsu, another character by Ishiyumi. Not only are they similar in face, weapon and build, he's also in charge of protecting a young woman like how Kogetsu is in charge of protecting a young noble. He even calls her something similar (simply waka instead of wakasama).

Been on a binge for this pool and finding that translations for all lines just stop at some point is offputting.

Anyone know why there hasn't been any translations, at least for Droidmom, for about a year?
