I've seen megane-zokusei translated as "extreme glasses-lover" - which, in the context of the doujinshi, was pretty much appropriate. The translator did note that an alternative use would be "someone with a severe weakness to glasses."

In this case, it seems Keine does have an extreme weakness to moe...
