Oda recently drew a genderswap of the Straw Hats for a new SBS. There was already a reasonably high number of OP rule 63 before that, but now that everyone has something official to base it on, it's really taken off.
There are certain "rules", like Luffyko likes salad, not meat. Sanji/Sanko likes making sweets, Robin is usually very macho, Nami is a psycho, though recently there's been a lot of male Nami x female Luffy stuff where Nami is more tsundere than yandere.
There's even a tag for it on Pixiv, and it translates as "Eat salad and become the Pirate King!", which is what Oda had Luffyko say.
