So it seems its up to you Marisa, so I guess its as we thought Flan broke Cirno but did not kill her but to stop the suffering they have to kill her(reset i guess), but why Marisa?
Marisa isn't more powerful than Flandre's ability, its just that everyone else is too injured to use anywhere near enough power to vaporize Cirno's body. Their attacks would only add to her injuries and hasten her "breaking". Its like Flan's ability is acting like some kind of disease or curse that prevents Cirno's respawn (Flandre "destroyed" Cirno's fairy respawn power) so the only solution is to destroy her entire body to burn out the "disease/curse" and hopefully Cirno will be able to restore herself again.
