1: You’re inventing this hypothetical guy she’s not fucking. There’s no evidence he exists, so he isn’t relevant.
2: What a football team does with their manager is up to them? They’re perfectly welcome to all have sex with their manager if everyone is willing. Even if they *are* all fucking - which again, they almost certainly aren’t - it isn’t ‘her fault’ as it were. If they want to have sex…they can have sex.
