Anyone with an account here is able to edit tags. If you see a tag that's obviously wrong, you can just fix it.
To be fair, the OP was only asking a question (which you didn't answer) due to uncertainty of a certain tag's appropriate usage. "If you see a tag that's obviously wrong..." Ignorance of the rules doesn't exonerate them, but in this case it clearly wasn't as obvious to them. Rather than leaving OP's comment buried under a pile of downvotes, I'd direct them here.

To be fair this is less Yuri happening in the picture and more heavily implied impending Yuri. That said even as someone who feels the Yuri tag is overused at times I don't see an issue with it being used here.
