I think Youmu will most likely use Senbonzakura. If not Senbonzakura, then Shinsou. I think, if Yuyuko had a bankai, it would undoubtably be Senbonzakura.

Ok so we see here that youmu feeds yuyuko 3 manju dumplings at a time and it's shown twice that youmu holds 3 manjus in one hand at a time. Assuming this is her maximum manju dumpling per hand, we can see how long it takes yuyuko to eat 3 manjus at a time assuming her eating rate stays constant throughout 2 hours. The time that yuyuko takes to eat 3 dumplings can be measured through how many munches, grunches, and crunches it takes her before gulping.
Assuming the munching, grunching, crunches and gulps are at a normal human pace, we can assume each two chews make for 1 about second and one gulp takes about 1.5 seconds and youmu takes 0.5 seconds to re-stuff yuyuko's mouth. If this is correct, the math comes out to be 4,320 manju dumplings in 2 hours.
