Well, I was assuming this was what the artist was implying. I've thought of the idea, too, as something that a post-HF Sakura could maybe do if she wanted to do something kinkier with Shirou (hell, they could even do it whilst she's talking to someone else, in theory).
Working out what Sakura can do with her shadow powers is always a pain, though, because it's not clear how much of it comes from her own elemental affinity, how much comes from Zouken's manipulation, and how much comes from Angra Mainyu.
Oh, and Myhel. In Bad End 40 Shirou refuses to kill Dark Saber, causing Sakura to summon her, and subdue Rin. When Shirou shows up to attempt to save (the now totally insane) Dark Sakura, she informs him that she has absorbed Rin, and is now putting her through the same torment that Sakura went through at Zouken's hands (because Rin told her that she didn't understand or care what Sakura had been through, making her lose her last thread of sanity and decide to demonstrate to Rin what had been done to her). Then, she absorbs Shirou too.
