    I'm going to take a wild guess and say we're seeing how Kasumi/Misty got concepted.

    Either the artist has absolutely no concept of human anatomy [even worse than the average hentai artist], or she's actually half-human half-something-not-human.

    I looked at the picture's description on Pixiv to see if that would make it make any more sense.... Apparently this is something the artist drew to celebrate having 1000 users favorite him, and he wanted to put 1000 Kasumis in the picture but could only fit 24.
