No, Nanoha, Fate and Vivio are canonically the Takamachi Family, you can't refute that. Yuuno is a side character who supports their relationship and is a friend of their daughter, but he's no longer part of the current series.
Um, that's kinda the whole point of fanart! If you're going to limit what you can draw to what's canon, you'd rob us as such great possibilities like Nanoha taking down a Gundam! Chill out and have some fun.

Of course she's fodder, in her relationship with Nanoha, Nanoha clearly is the lead, Seme, etc. while Fate is Uke, same for Yuuno if her were added.
Who ever claims otherwise about who is the head of the family should just check both cannon and fan materials and realize that, even if Fate may be made as semi territorial stalker, Nanoha is clearly The Seme and Family Head.

He likes Nanoha and he's a GUY. Lyrical Nanoha fanbase is mostly composed of yuri fans and fanboys. The fanboys practically see him as a threat to their yuri fantasies just for liking her, thus all the hate (The fans instead don't care for him or like him but still support yuri).
It's sorta like what happens with female characters in yaoi fangirls dominated fanbases (like Hetalia or Kingdom Hearts for example).
