The character is supposedly a futanari girl.

This is from an upcoming Squareenix game, the character supposedly is possessed by a man, hermaphroditic or some such. The game is Neir, specficially, 'Nier Replicant', a Japan-only game. See here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nier_Replicant

It's kinda like Poison from Final Fight is always depicted as a 'newhalf' character in fanart. (Poison with a pussy? NEVER!) On Pixiv, a search of the 'newhalf' tag essentially brings up all Poison fanart, porn or no.

And that's why I'm never buying another Squareenix game again so long as I live.

It's only being published by Square, some other company's doing the actual making.

Don't worry, Square knows that americans hate feminine looking males and hermaphrodites so they're editing the game to make a US version where the main character is a big muscle typical Gears of War type male and all females are females! Hurray for americans and not excepting anything outside of their comfort zone!

It's being made by Cavia, the guys who brought us Drakengard. Hopefully this game won't be as unpleasant to play as Drakengard.

Drakengard was good... story-wise. I do admit that playing it got a bit repetitive. But the story was depressingly good!
