This looks like an artist posing with AI art, after looking through their pixiv there are other pieces that look odd from someone that apparently has decent detail, but doesn't notice how badly their hands turn out. This piece of Ganyu in particular has five fingers, another has some hands with freakish spacing and size of fingers. I'd say if anything they've used AI to create something then tried to touch it up, which may as well just be AI generated if you're going to only fix it up and not draw something new from the provided references.

If this is true, that would make these pieces AI-assisted, which is not against uploading rules as long as the results aren't poor-quality. If the only evidence for this is the hands, though, artists have been drawing bad hands since the beginning of time. It's a common pitfall.

Ah, I missed that AI-assisted is alright, that's my mistake. I understand bad hands are historically a thing, but it felt more AI generated than drawn, especially with this one piece's hand, as other pieces on their account look like they're done alright but others aren't. It's sort of a mix of quality, I guess. I'll keep this in consideration in the future, though.
