i mean if it's not into the game then it shouldn't, otherwise official artits would have power into the lore of anything they are part of... tho i must say i don't really know if this is included in the game and men do i wish it was if it's not

I think there's a modified version of it that made it into the game where she has her weapon and does this gesture with her other hand.

This one is stated to be something that was done on the artist own volition and not supposed to be in the game itself. Said artist being a fan turned employee of MICA and actually requested to be the Live2D artist for Jiangyu and her costumes, should she gets it.
