Mood while drawing this: why is this taking so long omg??

So a bit of background on this, Since we’re still in Easter month (I believe for some folds it was Good Friday yesterday and Monday it’s gonna be Easter?), I decided to use the egg shaped soul gems.

As a bit more depth, I decided to use Kuroe upside down, for the decision she took from her lack of confidence,

Unlike Iroha, the main cast, and the Magius (unlike the wings of magius), she took her decision out of fear. The wings of magius are obviously being controlled as well as brainwashed. And they are not as valuable as the magius, they are but pawns, fuelled by their fear, desperately seeking salvation and many still finding none.

The soul gem is right side up, aligned with the many other clean soul gems, her own soul gem slowly being corrupted black.

I also kept the direction of the soul gems to look like water drops, symbolizing the tears of plenty of magical girls seeking salvation in the non madokami influenced universe!

I know, unnecessarily deep but like

I like things like this, personally, so I always like to make my own drawings a bit deeper whenever I can, even if nobody gets it

Anyway, I think the next girl will be the last one drawn in this style, the hanako-like art style is taking a serious toll on my mental health (and work is not helping either in these times), I realized it this week, as my mood worsened again

Anyway It started snowing yesterday hahaha
